Neisha has extensive experience in mixed-use, retail, and office asset classes, and has created and executed business plans for over 11.7 million square feet of commercial space during her career. She has participated in nearly $500 million in acquisitions, dispositions, redevelopments, and ground-up projects, showcasing her diverse portfolio across various sectors and geographic locations for both private developers and publicly traded REITs. Outside of her real estate career, Neisha enjoys organizing events, attending concerts, and exploring the outdoors.

With over 20 years of experience in the dynamic world of real estate, Karla brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every transaction and project. An Idaho native, Karla made the exciting move to San Diego, California in 2010, to join the esteemed H.G. Fenton Company—a renowned family-owned commercial and multi-family development and management firm. At H.G. Fenton, Karla was dedicated to embodying the company’s mission of providing quality working and living experiences through responsible development and management practices.  Throughout her career, Karla has contributed to the success of over 1,100 businesses and has been instrumental in managing 18 apartment communities that host more than 3,500 homes throughout San Diego County.  In August of 2024, Karla was thrilled to relocate her family to Eagle, Idaho and join the team at Hydepark Commercial.  Outside of real estate, Karla enjoys snowboarding, going to the lake, fishing and supporting her kids in their sports.  She is actively involved in the Eagle Lions Club, further underscoring her commitment to making a positive impact in the Boise area.

Deana brings twenty years of experience with a prominent local property management firm that has been instrumental in the development of numerous significant multifamily and commercial properties within the Boise community. Her expertise extends to comprehensive operational management and a deep understanding of both residential and commercial real estate markets. She has successfully facilitated over 50 retail contract acquisitions and the leasing of over 100,000 square feet of office and retail space. Deana is highly skilled in due diligence for property investments and also maintains a personal portfolio of real estate assets throughout the Treasure Valley. Raised in Idaho, she is an alumna of Boise High School and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University in 2000. Deana is an active member of the Greek Orthodox Church. Her leisure activities include engaging in outdoor pursuits with her young family, and is she is an avid runner. She also possesses a strong passion for design and renovation projects.
